    Amazing i live it there there not like the others they clean ur nails perfectly and they don’t leave any bad cuticles on there I love it there I always go there when my nails or something like that or anything and then fix it up so good it’s amazing. Go try their nail salon

    A little disappointed. The lady was very friendly but I didn't like the way she cut my cuticles. They were peeling after I left and looked awful. I was going to look past that but then my gel manicure chipped after 6 days. I usually have a great experience so this was one off. The service can be inconsistent. It depends on who you get.

    I’ve been on and off going to Kiki’s for the past 12 years. However the last 2 times I’ve left with Multiple bleeding cuticles around my toes from simple pedicures. Last time was the day before a vacation and I left with 2 cut and bleeding toes that became quite sore on the flight and throughout the first week of vacation. I don’t know what’s happened, but the newer nail techs are pulling and cutting entirely too close to the nail causing multiple toe bleeds. Not only is this painful, it’s also unsafe and unsanitary for us and the salon. Kiki’s has always been a clean and great salon in Astoria, please retrain the newer nail techs to discourage this repeated... read full review
