“My experience with Dave was nothing like two recent reviews, posted following his buy of United Decorators (UD) from Paul, whose excellent reputation speaks for itself.

My mom used UD many times years ago, most likely when Paul was there, so I turned to UD for my own reupholstering needs. In this case, for a tired old loveseat needing some tender loving care.

Choosing the fabric took the longest time, as some were from European sources slow to reply to inquiries about availability and cost.

Dave also rehabilitated the wood frame and applied a new coat of polish making the result a fine example of upholstery craftsmanship.

It took two months to complete but well worth the wait.

We called PCS and they were fantastic! They came out and gave us a quote the same day. We also had an opportunity to see the product installed at one of the previous projects they completed. Once we approved the quote, they scheduled the installation within 4 days. The installation team showed up on time and finished the job in one day. No mess, no dust. They moved the furniture to the center of the room and moved it back once they finished. The final product looks amazing!“
