I had my motorized shades installed about 3 years ago. They are beautiful and worked like a charm. I wasn’t sure if I had a motor issue or a remote issue when they stopped working. I called the company and arranged a service visit. The issue was my failure to charge each shade! LOLOLOL Turns out a single charge can last up to 2 years. My bad! Ellan was so pleasant and helpful! Even put on his floor protector booties! From the selection process to the installation of the shades to a service visit, I can give the highest recommendation and praise!
