I had my motorized shades installed about 3 years ago. They are beautiful and worked like a charm.
I wasn’t sure if I had a motor issue or a remote issue when they stopped working. I called the company and arranged a service visit. The issue was my failure to charge each shade! LOLOLOL Turns out a single charge can last up to 2 years. My bad! Ellan
was so pleasant and helpful! Even put on his floor protector booties!
From the selection process to the installation of the shades to a service visit, I can give the highest recommendation and praise! Great company and great service! No complaints!

Reviews
As a Decorator in NYC, having someone like Al & Mark at Empire is like having gold. They are pros…who know exactly what you need and how to get it done.
Forget about the cookie cutter Shade Stores — Empire is the only resource you need for you window drapes, shades, etc.
Wonderful service! They came right when they said they would and were out of the apartment very quickly. Very professional, clean, friendly and the repair is perfect. Would highly recommend!
