“My wife and I had an excellent experience working with Joe Santo at Elegant Kitchen and Bath. Joe designed a beautiul kitchen for us--cabinets, countertop, backsplash with a beautiful island that we both love and are enjoying in our new home.
Working with Joe was a breeze--he is knowledgeable, accessible and has a great eye for details..”
“These are the elements that we felt were the most important about our work with the Contextus Architecture and Design team:
Exceeding Expectations
I cannot say enough good things about Contextus Architecture and Design and their incredible team! The results speak for themselves, especially in the old vs. new kitchen. We hired them for a complete renovation of a historic Victorian 3-story townhouse, and they exceeded our expectations in every way.
Maximizing Space
Contextus maximized every inch of our home, ensuring that each nook and cranny served a purpose. They skillfully preserved the historic external structures, allowing us to avoid a historical review and audit, which was incredibly important. One of the most impressive changes was moving the kitchen from the back of the house to the center, creating a seamless flow from the living room to the kitchen, dining room, and out to the patio. This transformation has made entertaining a joy.
Personalized Design
From the start, Contextus listened carefully to our concerns and asked in-depth questions about our daily activities to design a space that truly fits our lifestyle. They also incorporated personal elements into the design, drawing inspiration from our beloved travels, art, and even our fur baby dog. They created mood boards and color layouts with various options to capture the atmosphere we envisioned.
Attention to Detail
Their attention to detail was remarkable, helping us select every fixture, door handle, and hinge to ensure a clean and modern look that remains timeless. The team at Contextus was not satisfied until we were completely happy, and even then, their commitment to perfection went far above and beyond the requirements.
Focus and Avoiding Unnecessary Changes
Contextus kept the renovation as simple as possible and ensured we avoided unnecessary demolition or build-outs. This approach kept our project focused and helped manage any potential cost overruns with our contractor.
Gratitude and Fair Pricing
We are deeply grateful for their dedication and the extremely fair pricing they offered. We definitely think that we got the better end of the deal (THANK YOU!!)
Thank you, Contextus, for turning our house into a true home!”
