We called their staff on a Thursday, he had opening in Friday. He asked how many bedrooms and if we had stairs. I told him we have 4 bedrooms and stairs. I also told him we have dogs and one of them peed a lot in one section of the carpet. Technician came out and did a fantastic job. Fantastic doesn't even describe how well of a job he did. He explained everything and how it worked, and how the pet treatment worked. Their Technician was able to get all the pee out, and it smells clean now. Very professional and courteous. The wrinkled areas in my Oriental carpet decreases its overall beauty. However, restretching and tightening it back was made easy by Mike and their carpet and rug repair company. I recommended them to our neighbors.
