John came this week to clean our very light colored carpeting. My wife had spilled makeup which did not clean clean up very well. john got it out in no time. He has been cleaning our carpets for ten years and does a n amazing job. Very professional, knows what he is doing. You won't be disappointed!!
John was very flexible and easy to work with and made getting my carpet cleaned a seamless experience! He did a thorough job but was still very efficient. I would definitely use this company again and/or recommend them to someone who needed it!
First of all, I was able to schedule an appointment for fit a very tight time frame. Then when I found I had to reschedule, again I was accommodated. The owner explained the products to be use, the drying time, and what I had to do to get ready.
A very professional and polite LaMar called when he was delayed.
And Lamar truly know his stuff! He informed us of the nature and quality of our carpets. He was patient and informative when we asked questions . He warned us that the carpets would be wet and the stairs slippery.
