“I came in on Wednesday and had Robbie as my massage therapist. For a little context, I’ve been dealing with chronic neck and shoulder pain, and it had gotten so bad that I hadn’t been able to work out for two weeks. I finally decided to book an appointment, and I’m so glad I did.
Robbie was one of the most professional massage therapists I’ve ever had. His knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine passion for helping his clients really stood out. He checked in throughout the session to make sure the pressure was right, explained what he was doing, and made me feel completely comfortable. On top of that, he was easy to talk to and made the entire experience enjoyable.
The session was worth every penny. From now on, I’ll only be booking with Robbie, and because of how great the experience was, I plan on keeping my Hand & Stone membership for the long term. I highly recommend him to anyone dealing with muscle pain or just looking for an outstanding massage.”
