“I had the most wonderful experience today with Anna! She was so gentle with my hair and I learned so much during my cut. I felt like she really cared about giving me what I wanted. She matched the inspiration pictures I showed her before the appointment, but also made sure we tweaked it enough that it would look good with my features.<br><br>I've had issues with hair shedding due to low iron and she was very kind and reassuring during the whole process. Shelley was an amazing hype girl during my appointment too! They let me know that what I thought was breakage was actually new hair growing in.
