My husband and I both go to Dr. Jacob. This week I’ve been sick with the flu and my husband suggested I message her through the patient portal to see if there’s anything that could be done and I’m so glad I did. I got an IV infusion and when I felt nauseous she helped with that. At home only a few hours later and I feel SO much better. Definitely recommend!!
To say I’m satisfied with the level of service that I receive from Dr Jacob, would be an understatement. I live in Virginia and due to her professionalism, outside the box thinking and her overall concern for my health; I happily travel to see her when an in person consultation is best. Otherwise, she is reachable and speaks at my level of medical understanding. I feel really good about the direction she gives me and my overall health is great due to my following through with the plan she has laid out for me.
