Awesome Black-owned organization! I had been feeling pretty scattered and gross a few months ago due to pandemic-related life issues. My therapist had suggested meditation and I didn't know where to start. I noticed that Root3d was offering a free live streamed meditation, so I decided to try it out. I was blown away by the quality and attention to detail from this meditation. Not only was there silence and somewhat of a sound bath, but the instructor spoke words that I could feel deep within me. I had felt calm for the first time in a very long time and I missed that. I can't wait until they can open up in person again. I would love to go to a physical class. Thank you for existing and supporting the community!
