I highly recommend Collar City wellness! I've been dealing with extreme shoulder pain for some time and after my one hour session today with Ashley I feel AMAZING! My shoulder feels 100% better.
I first started seeing Ashley 2 years ago for a monthly deep tissue massage and cupping because of serious back spasms.
I haven't had the spasms in well over 16 months.
The place in clean and fresh and extremely comfortable.
10 STARS I highly recommend 👍👍👍

I have gotten many massages in my life and Ashley's was hands down the best one I have ever gotten! Not only was it relaxing and rejuvenating, but she also worked out all of my knots and improved my posture. One morning I woke up and could barely move my neck from sleeping funny and after seeing Ashley I was back to 100%. Her cupping technique is rare to find and really loosens tight muscles. I would definitely recommend her!
Ashley's massage therapy has been literally life changing! Cupping therapy has not only alleviated my continuous tension headaches but also has taken care of the shoulder and upper back pain I would experience from working on a computer all day. I recommend Ashley to everyone I know! Her massages are intuitive to your body's needs and not just the same old routine every time. Best massage therapist in the Capital District!
