This company is rip-off..Don't ever call them for something small because they will charge you a mortgage payment to fix something so small..The person that came to my house not only rude but made a mess and said it's not his job to clean it..So look somewhere else for your plumbing needs or issues.. I will be reaching out to the bbb for a investigation about the issues and the price I was charged..

Over $500 for 16 minutes 29 seconds in my basement. Left my basement with more than 3 times the amount of water than when he came. We were not home when he came but we reviewed all our cameras and we were shocked. I do not recommend this company because I think that was a sneaky thing to do.. never in all the years have we paid any professional almost 550 dollars for under 20 minutes of work. STAY AWAY FROM BILLY DECKER AND DECKERS PLUMBING. I have used Billy Decker for the past 13 years since buying my home. He was always reliable and no issues. I only asked him to do a straight forward cleaning of my boiler. A winter to two ago when it was very cold my furnace stopped working and he came right over and replaced a part and it was all fixed. This last winter he started acting flaky and not responsive when I texted him about the need for flushing my radiators and installing a water filtration system.
