Albany Medical Center is a hospital that provides emergency and extended care services. The medical center's staff, including doctors, physicians, MDs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, are commended for their love, care, and dedication to patients. From the emergency room to the gastrointestinal department, MRI department, lab, and housekeeping, the staff work together to provide quality care. Despite being overwhelmed and short-staffed, the 3rd shift staff in the ER are particularly praised for their exemplary work in getting patients taken care of. However, some areas for improvement include wait times, cleanliness, and staffing. Patients have reported long wait periods in the waiting room, and concerns about the cleanliness of the bathrooms and adherence to HIPAA laws have been raised. Additionally, the hospital's pamphlet on Patients' Bill of Rights seems to be overlooked. Despite these issues, the medical center's staff are credited with making a positive impact on patients' experiences.
took my daughter to this hospital because she had bleeding from her ears, which we considered a true emergency. However, the care was not immediate. We noticed that the doctors were very slow and lacked a sense of urgency. I believe the hospital should improve both the speed and empathy of its medical attention, as every minute counts in critical situations like this. I'm not sure whether the staff is working out of true vocation or just obligation, but what we experienced was very concerning.

Don't go if u have separation anxiety they don't let ur loved ones stay with u. Wat a joke thought it was new works best but it's another take time and get as much as they can from ur insurance hospital...
Also refuse to give medical records. Reaching out to a lawyer now because she had a heart attack and these hospitals r useless
