So far I am on the fence. It seems incredibly difficult to get in touch with someone here, so I just went in person yesterday because my pulmonologist's office was told they had been trying to reach me and haven't heard anything. However, I had not received any communication from them aside from a call explaining my new equipment and how much I'd owe, etc. I verified they have my correct number on file, but my email address was incorrect. They said they were waiting on me to sign some documents and would send the email in 24 hours. Of course I still haven't received any email and now they are closed for the weekend. I don't understand all the bad reviews. From beginning to end, the communication and service I received from this business was clear and well executed. Maria at the front desk was wonderful and handled everything perfectly. Would recommend this business without hesitation to anyone in need of their services. 5 out of 5.
