Wouldnt recommend this agency needs to be investigated by the state
Also some its case managers goes beyond their job duties and does things their not suppose one of those things is they monitor properties that isnt supportve housing but regular apartment building,their focus is their clients monitoring building thats not supportive housing no supervision of the case managers behaviour their left to do whatever they want when they even if isnt in their job duties.

This agency needs new leadership a leadership they use shortages as an excuse as to why this agency has so many issues but the reality is the issues have been going on way before the shortages citizens have been seeing the issues for a while and it just keeps getting worse and nothing changes and communities are effected by the issues going on with this agency,as someone who have witnessed the issues with this agency thru how they treated former neighbors of mine their lack of proper supervision of them to the police calls over and over again in these past few years to their units the leadership is the issue and I believe if they get new leadership this agency can excel… read full review

Absolute worst place for your loved one with SMI. The AOT is a joke. For some it might help, maybe some help is better then none. For others, does more harm then good. I can not elaborate enough, caseworkers are there to get a paycheck and that's about it. What a psychiatric case worker II is supposed to do and actually does are 2 different things. I would encourage anyone involved with Northern Nevada adult mental health services to be aware. They were but my friends meds in a zip lock bag and writing his name on it and handing to him.
