I am new to the area, and the tech that came to our house was very kind and willing to talk us through what the new climate needs are for the house. All of the help has been greatly appreciated.
My upstairs air conditioner quit working and Joe from Ross Heating and Air came out. He was very friendly and thorough and found that the company that previously installed the AC unit did not install it correctly and the water pan was full of water and ready to leak through the ceiling and into the hall/bedroom. He was very professional and also changed an air duct filter that is very high up in the stairwell. Thank you Joe and Ross heating and Air.
Ross does my HVAC, so when my water heater died yesterday I called them. They managed to fit me in, in less than 24 hours. The 2 man install team did a great job, fighting through a bunch of complications zero of which were their fault. Super satisfied!!!!
