They're the best. have been out to my house on 2 "emergency" occasions. Went out of their way to get here fast on one of them and a tech (Dave) talked me through damage control on the phone before he got here. Highly professional, good work and reasonably priced. Will use them going forward.

Reno Plumbing Doctor — and Mark, the owner — are fantastic. Mark is incredibly knowledgeable and very pleasant too. He offers some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. I called yesterday afternoon hoping for a next‑day appointment for a plumbing issue. Later that night, when the problem started getting worse, I called again. Mark returned my call immediately, moved my appointment two hours earlier, and gave helpful advice on what to avoid until he arrived. He fixed the issue quickly, and his pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Dave and his associate came by and resolved a leak that was causing serious damage to our basement. The team spent the time to show us the details of the problem and the efforts to achieve the solution. They worked hard and took pains to protect the house and landscaping. This is a rare firm in Reno that you can trust.
