The team at family-owned Reno Heating & Air are highly dedicated and committed to heating solutions. Last year they installed my Heat Pump system in the snow. This year the NV Energy transformer was sending to many volts, which short circuited the heat pump. The Reno HVAC team determined the voltage was a problem; if they hadn’t the voltage could have ruined my heat pump system. They did everything they could to keep the heat on till the situation was resolved. John and Katy are class acts.

My Real Estate agent strongly recommended Reno Heating & Air when I reached out to her after our A/C stopped on a 100 degree day. This team went above and beyond to diagnose and repair our A/C the same day even though they were fully booked. They worked diligently after hours and had our house cool by dinner time. A few months later we had another unit without heat. Of course I called them back and once again they had us back in cozy comfort in no time. They care about people and have pride in their workmanship. Top notch!
