“I had a great experience. I do not like going to get my hair cut, I'm very indecisive, I don't care to hold conversation, I don't care to be touched, I never do anything with my hair anyway.
However, I called to check their hours, which they vary with technicians availability (ballpark usual business hours like 9-5). Maria texted me (they asked if text was ok since I was about to be at work and not able to answer calls) I had limited availability and she was able to take me in the very next morning (which I appreciated as I likely would have just postponed for another year). She was finished in the time frame I had available - and even styled my hair! (She asked if it was okay first) I've never had curls before and I'll say it was a pleasant experience! Opened up my eyes to more styling possibilities.
She mentioned some products used but didn't push any sales at the end (which for me was perfect, the haircut alone is overwhelming && I don't want to hear about confusing products for more money yet)

I definitely plan on visiting again! I won't wait a couple years for a cut this time ☺️“

“Very happy with my experience. One of the more affordable salons in Sparks however that doesn’t mean they aren’t even better than those expensive places. I scheduled my appointment only a day in advance but when I got there my stylist got me in right away, she was very friendly and it was an inviting place. I got my hair cut by Bertha and she did a fantastic job. I showed her a couple reference photos and she completely nailed the vibe I was going for. Got an amazing hair cut, she washed it and styled it for only 45$!! (plus a tip of course because she did a great job) She gave me a wonderful very layered bob cut with perfect face framing and showed me a cute way to style it. Definitely going back :)“

“Every business can have bad reviews. I don't judge a salon by a few reviews. I'd already tried 3 salons in Sparks. Terrible job. Got tired of driving over 11 mi. The final straw was having 3 pedicures (2 adults , 1 child) for $150. Ridiculous.
First, ask for Anna. I am thrilled with the quality and they don't overcharge. She asked questions and repeated the answer back to me for clarification. She listened. You can't get better than that. I was thrilled and highly recommend her.“
