Andrew was Awesome. Knowledgeable and professional. He took time to explain everything he was doing and went the extra mile to ensure that our two AC units were functioning properly. Luckily Andrew is a dog lover and took the time to meet our 4 dogs and give them time to accept him into the herd. Andrew was upbeat, thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. My experience over the years is Goettl only hires the best.
Chris was great. Communicated when he was going to arrive, arrived on time, was clean and professional, diagnosed, described, and fixed our problem efficiently. He was very friendly and personable.
We were beyond impressed with the customer service and service we received. We contacted them about our AC needing repaired as we had been unable to troubleshoot the problem. They rearranged their schedule and had a technician to our house in less than an hour. It required extensive testing to figure out the problem. He thought he was going to have to come back the next day to do the repairs as it was late however he was determined to get it running for us that day due to the heat and successfully got our AC running that evening. In addition, the company followed up the next morning to make sure everything was running smoothly! So impressed! Thank you for rescuing us!
