“I love this location! I figured after just moving to the area I’d try this location and finally commit to getting in better shape. What makes this location stand out besides it’s amazing staff is an employee named Hannah. I haven’t actively touched gym equipment since I participated in athletics early in life up to my 30’s. She was absolutely amazing in her help showing me the new machines (to me anyways), and getting over a phobia of interacting with people and machines. Shes deserves praise as she is pure gold. She is definitely an asset to your location. ?“

The coaches really know how to balance fun with skill building, and I’ve seen such amazing progress and confidence in the kids. He has an incredible way of connecting with the kids, patient, encouraging, and always pushing them just enough to help them grow without ever overwhelming them.
