Ernie is the best! Great spa! You can stay all day here they have three stories and even a full service restaurant IN THE SPA!
Here's my recipe for a PERFECT day at Spa Toscana:
Check in at 11am (or earlier)
Get in a power workout at the gym (if you're a guest of the hotel)
Enjoy the chicken apple waldorf salad in the caldarium whilst reading a favorite book
Hit the steam room and/or sauna
Rinse and exfoliate
Get a pedicure from Amber at 3pm which includes two glasses of wine or beer and great convo with her.
More sauna, more rinse, more caldarium, more snacks and juices.
Go to Biscotti's for dinner and get drinks with 5-star service from Tre/Danny/Alex at the bar.
Win at video poker.

Go to Edward for your hair cut!! He did exactly what I asked for but also used his expertise to give suggestions on how to make the cut last longer. Toscana fortunate to have him!
