I entered the practice of Dr. Daniel E. Rowe for removal of a painful & calcified cyst located in subcutaneous fat under the skin. The result of Dr. Rowe's malevolent & unethical actions has become the single greatest regret of my life. Pre-op meeting was terse. Dr. Rowe walked into the exam room talking on cell phone, quickly looked at my cyst then resumed his phone conversation and walked out.
