Before I ordered my flooring I spoke with Tony, because I read the reviews online and questioned their return policy and if they had the flooring I wanted. Tony said ooo no we don’t have an issue with returns as long as you take pictures and open boxes before the driver leaves.Well I also ordered transition pieces for the flooring as well. When the flooring arrived one of the corner boxes was damaged, I called Tony and was sent to the voicemail box. Then I called back and spoke to a lady who said if I didn’t have a signed bill of delivery noted there was nothing they can do. I said ok that’s not what Tony said but please have him call me back. I had purchased vinyl plank flooring recently from Anthony, who provided Xcellent service. I then picked up flooring from nearby freight terminal, which worked out efficiently and in perfect condition. Install went in & it looks Beautiful ! Thx again Anthony.

I ordered flooring for a project in March 2022 and it arrived damaged. It was delivered at the end of the driveway and I was not asked to sign for it. I submitted a claim right away with pictures, video, and the BOL. They have been giving me the run around since March 2022... it is now March 2023 and they have denied my claim. I call weekly, they tell me they will call me back and they don't. If they answer they tell me they are working on it. Nothing has been resolved. I would not order from this company ever again. Customer service is terrible and they are unable to resolve issues.
