Ive been coming to Klaich for over a year and I bring my babies to see Dr. Ryan Bertucci. He is amazing and so compassionate. He never tries to make my visits costly, and in fact tries to save me money, which shows he truly cares about animals. He is patient and kind and my babies love him. Once again all the staff was great with me, a week ago my dog Lana began a very difficult treatment of an internal infection, Dr. Brian Painting was the one who attended us, from the first moment I explained to him that my dog was the most important thing in my life and I treated her as she deserved after a week my dog did not succeed, her immune system was completely damaged they treated me in the emergency room just by entering the staff of the girls in reception they are amazing, Throughout the process the doctor and nurses kept us informed of everything and were very understanding with us, I know that Lana was in the best hands and care
