I was referred to Dr. Malcarney after a pretty serious work injury to my right shoulder. She did my surgery, and everything went well. She’s straightforward, professional, and always takes the time to explain what’s going on and what the next steps are.
Her medical assistant, Stephanie, has also been great. She’s been helpful, easy to get ahold of, and always gets my paperwork done and sent back quickly.
I’m still seeing Dr. Malcarney while I recover, but I’ve felt like I’ve been in good hands from the start. I’d definitely recommend her and her staff to anyone dealing with a serious shoulder injury.

I was referred to Doctor Malcarney by a physician I know (and trust), so I set up the appointment. MRI was ordered, and the PA (Shawna Fearnley, who is very professional), filled me in on what tendons were no longer attached to my Humerus, and what needed to be done reconnect them (surgery)! Following this meeting, I must have come across three other physicians who all recommended Malcarney, one operating room RN who highly recommended Malcarney, and a bunch of other people at our Health Club (Should be called a recovery club) who gave high praise to Malcarney for her work on them!
