As a long time patient of dr Pasternak's i wanted to give my thanks for my recent excellent experience with his assistant Shelby who really helped me recover from a bad flu that seemed to be taking longer to recover. The teledoc experience was excellent and in person visit with their new portal to communicate with if I got worse, which prompted an in person visit where I received follow up medication after the tamiflu. All of the staff were very professional and I could tell they care for their patients and their well being! Thank you for the excellent care and getting me better so I can go still travel on a long planned vacation!

Having appoitment with Melanie Perl MSN,APRN,FNP-C was my best experience .She is a caring ,smart , warm ,knowledgeable ,wonderful person.From the first minute I filled she is carrying about my health.Looking foreword to be my care taker for the rest of my life.

Just saw Dr. Pasternak for my annual check up. Still healthy, but always room for improvement! Dr. Pasternak was very warm, knowledgeable, and efficient. Looking forward to a long lifetime of healthcare with Silver Sage Center for Family Medicine. A special shout out to Jordan who helped with my international travel plans. She was amazing! Smart, friendly, and a real pleasure to see. I complicated her day by adding further destinations and she helped me instantly getting me additional medication myself and son will need for our exciting adventure.
