I had the most incredible experience with my hairstylist Karlee at Sola Salon today (in suite #23)! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. Karlee was not only incredibly talented, but also so gentle and attentive throughout the entire process. She walked me through every step, explaining what she was doing and why — which made me feel comfortable, informed, and completely cared for.
