I've been looking for a stylist in Reno since I moved here in March and I'm so happy to write that I finally found the best! Mia is fantastic! I found Mia on Yelp. Although she didn't have any reviews, the pictures of her work were gorgeous and she's an excellent communicator which is incredibly important to me. I sent her a message via Yelp and she responded immediately (within an hour or less) then we began to text to schedule an appointment and pricing. I was able to book an appointment for the end of the week! Some stylist have a month wait so the ability to see Mia quickly was great! Mia cut my hair and gave me a root touch up. I asked her to keep my hair as long as possible. She did a good job of getting rid of the split ends while giving it shape and keeping the length. I typically get dandruff after color because my scalp is sensitive but I didn't thanks to Mia. She uses dye without a particular chemical whose name I fail to remember. In terms of customer service, Mia is great. She booked a man's haircut during my appointment but it was ok because she told me she was going to cut the gentleman's hair while the dye in my hair settled. Again, Mia is an excellent communicator because she kept me in the loop with what she was doing and she check in on me while my hair was absorbing the dye. Mia is also friendly and good about staying on time. Most importantly, my hair looks great! I highly recommend Mia!
