“Love this gym, the staff is really friendly & helpful, Yaya was super sweet to check in the back to see if they had any more of the protein chips I wanted, they maintain the facility clean & organized. I would give this gym 5/5 but the sauna & bathrooms are closed right now for renovations which really sucks so once they open that back up consider this review a 5/5“

“Body Temple Colonics was an amazing place. This was the first time I've ever done a colon cleansing. I was really nervous at first because I've never had anything go up my butt. Chelsea was understanding and put me at ease. I had body chills at first because I think it was my nerves. Chelsea gave me a warm blanket to take the chills out. When the cleansing began, she made me feel comfortable. The process was about 45 minutes long. I was glad to get it done. I feel good that my colon and large intestines were cleaned out. I highly recommend Chelsea for a colon cleanse.“

“The owner, Dawn, has been dedicated to helping people have fun while working out in a stress-free environment. I first met Dawn when she worked at another location. She is an excellent country line dancing teacher. She breaks down the steps for beginners to follow in several different ways but at the same time manages to keep the class flowing at a pace for those with more experience to stay interested. Once she opened this location, I followed her. I became addicted to her other classes she offers. She always has ways to modify exercises if it's too hard to do. The classes never feel intimidating to me. I've also taken classes from several other instructors and found them to be just as much fun and enjoyable. I love the low prices and the fabulous monthly specials. There's no contract to sign, no cancellation fees, just show up and have fun being active!! You don't find this at other gyms in Las Vegas. Life has slowed me down from being around this place lately. But after I have my baby I fully intend to return and take advantage of her wonderful teaching skills. “It's very hard to find a studio that facilitates so many things in a space this size. The pay what you can method is really great especially when you don't want to miss a week due to financial issues to stay up on your mental health. There's such a variety as well! Jazz! and Burlesque has even been added to the roster! Making it an adventure every time you go to class too. It's located within an art gallery which is so amazing for our Vegas artists. Also a message board for upcoming events! Blue Sky Yoga is a great spot.“
