“Great taekwondo studio, adheres to ATA guidelines with lots of tournament opportunities. Classes for all ages (under 6 Tiny Tigers, kids, teens, and adults). Older classes focus more on technique and tournaments, with higher ranks have separate classes with individualized instruction. We love the mentors. They all have different personalities. The studio is much less expensive than others, with better culture, better individualized training, and family owned. Been going for over 2 years and love this place. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone interested in taekwondo, or in an activity that promotes discipline and respect. The leadership program really focuses on the pillars (only $9 more, and you get unlimited classes). All of it is worth doing. Bonus, the instructors are pretty funny too.“

“Went here for quite a while. Sigung is a great teacher. All the other instructors are also incredible, Sifu Ellis, Sebok Jones, Sifu Cortez, Sifu Wilson. All of them are talented and dedicated martial artists and are amazing teachers. They regularly hold seminars with highly talented and revered martial artists from around the country. If you want to learn self defence and discipline, this is the place, where hard work and dedication is rewarded. Their training is tough, but well worth it. “Family-friendly MMA gym with a low barrier of entry & an unreachably high skill ceiling.I'm a hobbyist & fit right in. There's a lot of MMA pros here. They're friendly & don't intimidate you. This gym was recommended to me by a friend & I will admit at first I was a little nervous with it being a "pro gym" & me not being able to train takedowns due to an injury. Some gyms get mad if you do "sit down-style fighting" instead of "stand up-style fighting". Well God doesn't want that in my life right now, so they can take it up with him not me. lolLots of class diversity in both what's offered & who attends. Gi BJJ, No-Gi BJJ, Kickboxing/Muay-Thai, Boxing, Self-Defense oriented BJJ ran by Law Enforcement, MMA, Wrestling, Strength & Conditioning, invite-only pro classes, & more.There's always something to do.
