Andrew arrived 15-20 minutes prior to our 2pm appointment, which wasn’t a problem. After providing him with the details of the AC unit, (not cooling & the system is very loud), he immediately went to work.Andrew was on the roof for approximately 30-45 minutes. Upon finishing, he explained his findings, had taken pics, fixed the problem, especially tighten a few bolts. The unit is very quiet now because you can now actually have a conversation without yelling at the top of your lungs.
