I been going to WC Health since I was 19 years old and ever since I never stopped going because my doctor Carmela has been the most amazing doctor ever. She will do my check ups,my blood work. I wouldn't found out I had sleep apnea if it wasn't because of her. She always gives me medicine when I'm sick or if I have any concerns she will help me or give me referrals. I went to therapy and saw a psychiatrist first there and all the therapist and psychiatrist really helped me and I got better because of them. Thank you so much WC Health for helping me out.

Lupe I think the program is so valuable. Many times I have reached out to you for your help with appointments, doctor changes etc. You are also one of the constants during my 6 + years at WellCare. It is just so important for me to know you are a text away. With my anxiety and depression you are my life line. It is just good to know you are there Lupe. You text to check on me and ask if you can help. I am grateful for all you do. I think the program is very helpful for those of us who want to get better.

Overall WC Health is fantastic. They have helped me with all of my needs. My medical advisors are very professional and have helped me to become a better person. The reminders I get from Graciela and before from Lupe are very nice. It makes me feel cared for. I also am happy with the reminder call service before my appointments. The only negative I have is the professionalism at the Charleston office. Most of the assistants and receptionist's are quite snappy and rude, as if they do not like their job, and they take it out on us that are there for our mental health, I tried to brush it off as their having a bad day, but since I am there regularly, I see them always and...read full review
