Dr. Banker was amazing and his staff made me feel very comfortable. Rayna was my nurse and she truly helped my anxiety and made my appointment easier. I definitely will be back to this office.
I realize that this office has had some negative reviews in the past, and the reviews usually refer to the office staff, and not the doctors. In my particular case, The office staff has been exceptional with me, and when I say exceptional, i mean positive easygoing, calming, and very patient with me, such that if I was upset with anything, they were easily moved into the zone of helping me. Dr. Ricker, on the other hand was and is the most dedicated gastroenterologist that I know in terms of his desire to investigate and not stop and give up when things keep coming up a little bit unexplained, and there's no way on this planet Earth that I would not appreciate the effort...read full review
I’ve been coming to this GI for almost 10 years. I absolutely love them and appreciate the entire staff members.
There was a time I had been frustrating with a scheduling system that they had and visiting the office for scheduling was much easier so it was very inconvenient but that has been fixed.
My husband and I have Dr. Ricker. He’s very thorough and listens to us carefully.
Dr. Ricker performed colonoscopy on my husband and he was very thorough then too.
All the staff members there, Vanessa and Danielle at the front desk, Rayna, Christal and Miguel the assistants and the manager are very polite, kind and try to work with the patients...read full review
