Good luck getting anyone on the phone! Might as well go in person. The staff never answer their phone and when you go in person the place is always empty so I don't get why they never answer the phone smh

They do not answer the phone or return phone calls. I called for weeks for an update on my fmla paperwork. I never got a call back. I drove to the clinic just to find out it still had not been completed. I turned in on 10/3/2023 and yet it is now 10/25/2023. I would like to have my job after maternity leave. This is ridiculous!!!

Do not go here if you can help it! Literally fight your insurance!!! This place has incompetent staff, old incompetent doctors and no one knows what the hell is going on ever! I am considered high risk and was put here and Dr. Kjos took me off my psych medication, which is illegal for any doctor who is not a psychiatrist! She also is so old her views and information are from the 1950s and backwards. She also gave me a test to have performed at any Quest Diagnostic lab. This test is considered illegal to be performed in the state of Nevada. And that came from the Quest direct office higher ups. This test almost cost the entire Quest office I went to, to lose their jobs...read full review
