Still no prescription, after a doctors visit to re-evaluate and recommend the one now covered by the insurance to “make it easier” laughable!

I love the staff and especially Dr Dewan it’s not often my son likes a Dr. I love how blunt he is with my son he says that’s why he listens to him because he knows that he cares and he almost sounds like another father figure.
I wish there were a zero-star option available. The doctor is fine and knowledgeable, but the office staff is absolutely terrible. There is zero sense of urgency or care.
My child has now gone two weeks without necessary prescriptions because of the staff’s incompetence and lack of communication. I have had to do their job for them, researching resources, contacting our insurance company, and arranging three-way calls just to get everyone communicating. Even after all of that, they still find excuses instead of solutions. The new one is that you need an appointment for forms to be filled out.
