This is hands down the worst experience I have ever had at a doctor’s office. The level of incompetence here from the front desk to the actual medical staff is shocking.
The Front Desk is Useless:
I arrived on time for my 3:00 PM appointment. The two ladies working the front desk told me I had a payment due, but neither of them had any idea how to process a standard FSA credit card. They wasted time fumbling around with the machine, and instead of just checking me in, they left me sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes without actually putting me in the system.

My issue is not with our doctor. My issue is with the front desk staff and management. The girls are ALWAYS extremely rude and unhelpful. They NEVER say “hello”, just NEXT. And then stare blankly and give rote answers in monotone or an annoyed voice. This has been happening for a looooong time there. The office management is very difficult to get ahold of if you have a problem (and the front desk girls can’t and don’t solve anything) it’s like they purposefully make themselves unavailable to patients. I like this office, its clean and staff are friendly MOST of the time ( referring to Medical assistants ) the last one we had seemed like she was having a really bad day and frowny 😅. The only thing is that it takes the provider a long time to see you after being called in to the room.
