Parts department did a great job. Im out of state in ohio. My dealership parts is closed for the day I needed to confirm a part number fairway chevy would NOT DO THIS! Team chevy had no problems helping me. I vacation in Vegas and I will be looking for a new truck. I may do that this year mine, Has over 180k on it now and im going to replace it at some point if I see something I want. I would definitely consider buying from team Chevrolet. I must share I had the best experience with customer service rep, Maverick. From the moment I brought my car in and throughout the process, he was so professional, courteous and explained to me in detail about my situation with the car in a way someone like me, who is not well versed with the mechanics world, could understand! This review is long overdue. Back in August, I brought my truck in for some transmission issues I'd been dealing with for a while. I came from another out of state dealership who couldn't even do the bare minimum so Team Chevy's service department was a much appreciated change. Everyone I worked with was very professional but I want to give special thanks to your service advisor Raymond. Ray was incredibly helpful throughout the process and always communicative when I had questions or concerns.
