I had to leave my car there for engine light on. Carlos was very helpful and made the process less stressful. I had to get a rental and Carlos advised me there was an enterprise rental car company near by and offered me a shuttle ride to the enterprise but I had another driver with me so we were able to go get the rental and take my car back. It was a seamless experience and even though it isn't a good situation to be in Carlos made it somewhat pleasant.
