The service at Team has been outstanding. They have been honest and efficient. I took my car there after going to the dealership where I got the car. I was so disappointed at their lack of communication. Augustin, my service rep at Team responds and is very forthright. One time I took it in for a problem. It was my error, I didn’t understand the controls, there was no charge. The second time the charge was half of the estimate. Team Chevy is my go to dealership.
Team Chevrolet is awesome and will consider taking my vehicles here all the time .They are friendly & very professional, they do the jobs on a timely basis and have excellent communication.5 stars for sure .
If you need service come here! Forget Findlay Chevy! They are super professional here and much more organized and clean. My gut immediately gave me I bad feeling when I pulled into Findlay but not here.
