So on Monday I got a phone call from my son. He asked me to go pick up my ex. Wife and bring her to California. So that he can celebrate her birthday with her. My son lives in vietnam so he was coming home to do some business before he had to go back in a few days. So I agreed. Tuesday I was doing some running around and might check-in like came one
So I went to autozone, to have him check it. They said that our system cannot determine exactly what the problem was that I need to take it to a mechanic shop. I did. I cannot thank Daniel enough for all he did when my car broke down several weeks ago. He explained everything to where I can understand it And I wasn't worried about a thing knowing he was there to take care of it. He gave me a call instead of texting me, letting me know what was going on and what was wrong with my car and when I could pick it up, the whole experience was fantastic thank you danielle in the service department at team Chevrolet.

Always a pleasure to be there and bring my vehicle there. Elaine is AMMAZING!!! And Maverik was so cool, we are from the same state of Hawai’i but neighboring islands. He was super helpful too. The service was excellent, Elaine has great communication, but in her day off, Thursday September 17th, when she handed it to another service advisor all I heard was silence. So I had to check my app to see if the car was moved at all. Elaine is a terrific service advisor!!! She treated me like family!!! Give Elaine a raise!!!
