Parts department did a great job. Im out of state in ohio. My dealership parts is closed for the day I needed to confirm a part number fairway chevy would NOT DO THIS! Team chevy had no problems helping me. I vacation in Vegas and I will be looking for a new truck. I may do that this year mine, Has over 180k on it now and im going to replace it at some point if I see something I want. I would definitely consider buying from team Chevrolet. I use to work for a dodge dealership and a medium duty gmc and a chevy dealer here in ohio and we never had a problem helping an out of state customer especially when there was no sale to protect not to mention we had to write and print...read full review
I must share I had the best experience with customer service rep, Maverick. From the moment I brought my car in and throughout the process, he was so professional, courteous and explained to me in detail about my situation with the car in a way someone like me, who is not well versed with the mechanics world, could understand! Team Chevy is very fortunate to have Maverick as part of their team! Awesome job!
This review is long overdue. Back in August, I brought my truck in for some transmission issues I'd been dealing with for a while. I came from another out of state dealership who couldn't even do the bare minimum so Team Chevy's service department was a much appreciated change. Everyone I worked with was very professional but I want to give special thanks to your service advisor Raymond. Ray was incredibly helpful throughout the process and always communicative when I had questions or concerns.
