“Absolutely would recommend this shop!! Kelly was wonderful, professional, and listened to my prior piercing experience and concerns. As someone who’s been in a lot of tattoo shops/piercing parlors, this location had just the right amount of edge in a really clean comfortable setting. Music wasn’t too loud, smelled clean without a fragrance that seemed overpowering or masking something else. The neighborhood may be “less desirable” being in Commercial Center, it’s older Vegas but I wouldn’t consider it unsafe area during business hours. At first we were a little confused on where to find it (navigation doesn’t cater to multi-level buildings). It is upstairs and once you spot it, super easy to get to. I had my dimples/cheeks pierced. I thought the price was more than fair, the cleanliness of the equipment was top notch, explanation of service and aftercare was incredibly easy to follow. Really looking forward to returning for my jewelry swapped out.“
