Kelly at Plan 9 Piercing did such a great job! He did my daughter’s second and third earlobe piercings, and we had a wonderful experience. The shop is beautiful, very clean, and welcoming. Kelly was so sweet, professional, and made her feel completely comfortable. His pricing is also very reasonable. We will definitely be back for more piercings in the future! Highly recommend!
If you had told me a week ago that I'd be writing a five-star review after getting a hole poked through my nose, I would've laughed.
Kelly was fantastic. He was calm, kind, and answered every question I had without making me feel silly. I even asked him about collarbone dermals, and instead of trying to upsell me, he suggested I wear stick-on gems first because I'm clumsy. That kind of honesty says a lot.

I only take the time to write reviews when I've received exceptional service. My experience at Plan 9 Piercing was just that. I brought my daughter and granddaughter here based on the reviews.
From start to finish, I was happy with my interactions with Kelly and my observations of his shop. He had a steady stream of customers and remained calm and collected with the customers he was serving, as well as those waiting.
I love how well he worked with the kids. He was very attentive and patient, making the experience inviting and not so scary for them. He's very easy to talk to and ask questions.
