Tanana Air Conditioning & Heating is a reliable HVAC company in Las Vegas. Customers share positive experiences with the company. One customer noted that the technician was very friendly, readily shared information, and showed photos of everything discussed while inspecting and servicing the equipment. The AC replacement cost less than what other companies quoted, and the technician demonstrated great professionalism. The company provides excellent service and great value. Another customer appreciated the service when the frame for the A/C unit was sliding out from under the unit. The team came over, slid the frame back under the unit, and secured the frame back to the roof all while the customer was at work. Pictures of the unit were received after it was back in place, and the functionality of the unit was checked before leaving. A customer called for a second opinion on service. The technician was very knowledgeable about the system and walked the customer through the next items to keep an eye on over the coming months and years before they become major issues. The technician arrived within the two hour window and was incredible. The customer felt completely informed and comfortable with the pricing and moved forward with service. Another customer replaced an old air conditioning system with a new, high-efficiency American Standard system, and the entire experience exceeded expectations. From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was handled professionally. Communication was excellent, the pricing was fair, and the quality of the workmanship was great. Several friends had already used the company for their HVAC projects, and every one of them had positive things to say. Since the installation, the home has become noticeably quieter, more comfortable, and more energy efficient. The crew was knowledgeable, respectful, and paid close attention to detail throughout the entire process. A customer stated that the team has been the go to for several occasions. They have helped with AC fixes, install of brand new heater, replacement of old ducts and thermostat installs. The team is profesional, great communication, prompt, timely, and offer very competitive prices.
