Being that our unit had an issue on a Sunday and in a Las Vegas heat wave i thought there was no way we could be seen for a week. This company was great from the operator on the phone to the technician that came out. Eric J was at our house within a couple hours and not only did he diagnose the issue he was able to get it fixed for us. Now my 78 year old mother doesnt have to try and sleep in stifling heat. I am a Cancer patient and I cant give enough star to show my appreciation. Eric J is a great member of your team . We will never use anyone else if we need help. Thank you
1/24/24 - Air Done Right just completed an entire re-install of my entire air and heating unit after graciously trying to resolve my current unit issues at a smaller cost if it could be salvaged. I definitely recommend them for their thoroughness and transparency.
Mark and this company are amazing ! They really stepped up and helped me. Mark went up on the roof and did everything he could to save my old unit, then had me scheduled for a new unit the next day. I am so appreciative to them. Thank you soooo much Air Done Right !!!Update: Installers were here early with bright happy smiles on their faces. They got the install complete promptly and efficiently and didn't leave before assuring that both the heating and cooling systems were working, also showing me how to use the new thermostat.I am so grateful for this company !!!
