Good work ethic and friendliness from Nelson. Extremely prompt, same day. Brent, the owner came by which was appreciated. The leak was kind of baffling but is fixed and I have water back in house. It was an emergency to restore the water. But in those situations everyone is full speed ahead so there was no opportunity to slow down and shop for price. Have no ability to evaluate but definitely some sticker shock. Water company had neglected to warn me before bill became extreme.
