Jordan was recommended to me by many of our neighbors. Our downstairs A/C unit's compressor went out while we were out of town on business and during the peak of Vegas summer. Jordan was immediately able to come by and assess the issue without entering our home. When we returned he quickly came by (per our request) to discuss repair/replace options in person. We felt he was very honest, knowledgable, and detailed in his explanations. He did not pressure us or rush us in our decision. He guaranteed us the lowest possible price on a new unit, so when Carrier was out of stock and we were forced to use Payne, the price remained the same. Furnace went out when temperatures dropped. Technician Michael was out 15 minutes early Christmas Eve and replaced the blower motor in just over an hour. Very professional and helpful. Would highly recommend.Services: Heating system repair
