Very informative and caring about your hair's well being. They advise of whether you should or should not color your hair, and they have products to take care of your hair.They do not wash your hair...nor do they remove any extra hair from your body after cuttin(at least not for me)?

Amazing place. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Owner is always there also cutting hair. They really know what they are doing. They have cheap prices. Also they are bilingual in English and Spanish.

I owe all my hair happiness to Janet! I've been coming in to Sylvia's for 4-5 yrs and can't think of anywhere else I would feel more at home. She makes lots of time for each client, and gives great, considered, attentive care. A thoughtful stylist and a real artist. I am more than delighted with my color and the staff is super friendly and accommodating, always working to get me in when I want.
