Unfortunately this was the second place Cinch home warranty sent to help us with a plumbing issue. The first place made us wait a week before sending someone who didn't even speak English and then made an excuse to not complete the job.
These guys were awesome, got us an appointment for the next day, and probably took 30 to 35 minutes at most to fix our problem.
We are so thankful for Star 5 Plumbing and will definitely use them in the future.
Last year Star 5 executed a perfect re-piping of all the water lines in my home. I had a water leak under my subfloor (a common occurrence with our type of water & the copper pipes I had) and the only fix is to bring the waterlines through the attic and down through walls. I was impressed by Star 5’s efficiency and professionalism, and blown away by the job well done. Shout out to Stan and team for the plumbing and Pedro for the drywall. They really did a great job, thanks.
Got told by the BIG companies that our water softener and water heater were unrepairable. They quoted us $19,000 for a new water heater and softener/conditioner. Stephen came into our home and replaced the water heater and serviced the existing softener. We were back in business 90 minutes later and $18,000 dollars saved. Thanks Star 5 Plumbing.
