This city is the worst place on earth for resources for mental health. This is by far the worst place I've ever been to take your family member to a different state cuz this ain't it!

I have been a patient of SNAMHS since 2014. At first, I thought it was a good and safe place to be since they have State licenses. But the treatment team here is the worst. They don't follow strictly to HIPAA guidelines and discuss other patients' history and info publicly without regard. Case management is awful.One time, I had a complaint on Alan Bumacod's handling of my case. His supervisor, January Prince just interrogated me like I was in a court trial(whatever you say to them will be used against you). This place is the WORST! They are all residents NOT real psychiatrists yet , every "doctor " you get doesn't have a clue as to what they are doing, they NEVER return calls, and every so called doctor I've seen ALWAYS wants to change my medications because they are using you like a Guinea pig. I just had another new ", doctor " writing me prescriptions and forget to put the dosage on the paper!!! Now that causes me problems because I have to go back there, bring the copy to them plus I was without my medication for 3 days, and have them write the dosage on the paper! That is poor quality of service not to mention basic things especially like medicine dosages. I have been going to them for 14 years and they will NEVER get it together. I hate that I have to go there because I'm on Medicaid but I'm stuck with people that have no business being in the field of medicine. They all SUCK! If you can avoid going here do so because they have no idea what to do to help you.
