Rough starting out as any relationship, once we understood what each expected, smooth sailing , communication, the answer. Jennifer was superb, her team, Marcus, Luis Guzman, Miguel and the cabinet man (awesome) I don't have everyone's name yet, just so happy. Will write again at finish ,don't want to leave anyone out, they all deserve a bonus. ALL of prorestoration have very respectful, friendly attitudes.. Penelope Childers. Photos later.
Very pleased with my Pro Restoration experience. Debi from their office kept in constant contact with me throughout the months long wait for my Insurance Adjuster to approve the repairs.. Every single skilled professional that they assigned to my job was reliable, friendly and excellent in performing the needed repairs : dry wall, painting, repair of cabinets and installation of kitchen flooring. They made sure everything was perfect and satisfactory to me each and every day. Good job Pro Restoration!
I had a great experience working with this company. I originally found them when I had a leaking water heater that caused damage to parts of my home and walls.
They were very professional, responsible, and detail-oriented throughout the entire process. The quality of their work was excellent, everything was done cleanly and with care.
On top of that, their pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality work.
