Dr. Chan has really an impact on me, by getting me in to Brimhall for cataract surgery in both eyes. My previous eye doctor waited 6 months to let me know about my cataracts! I am very grateful and appreciate Dr. Chan.
I would have given them 5 stars, except they apparently did something that costs $39 without advising me of this beforehand. I didn’t find out until I was getting my receipt and they tried to charge me for it.
I totally get the paper saving use of the dry erase markers and laminated form. I believe dry erase markers with a much finer point would be easier to use and read. My experience was so positive, markers is all I could come up with to improve.
